Cause:

The number of selected fields exceeds the number of fields that can be edited using a data form, which is 32 fields.

Solution:

Select 32 or less fields on the worksheet.

NOTE: For a list (or worksheet) that contains more than 32 fields, select 32 or less fields to allow the use of a data form to view or modify certain fields of the existing records. Do not use a data form to add new records in this case. Add new records directly on the worksheet.
